STUDIO POLICIES + FAQ

We are located at 1554 Dundas St West, Unit 3, Toronto, ON M6K 1T8, at the side of the building.

You can find the studio entrance on Sheridan Avenue, just north of the intersection at Dundas St West. The door is located beside Sully’s Boxing Gym—look for a large ground level window with white slatted blinds. Please note that upon entering the building, the studio is located down a short flight of stairs.

Appointments are exclusively booked online via the Book Now link in the navigation or Holistic Facials page. Should you have questions or require assistance with booking please email hello@immortellskincare.ca.

All clients must have a valid credit card on file in order secure their appointment. This credit card is kept on file in order to adhere to the cancellation policy and will not be charged at time of booking.

A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card on file if you need to cancel within less than 24-hours before your appointment.

If you forget your appointment and don't show up without any advanced notice (such as an email), this is considered a no-show and your appointment will be charged in full.

You are welcome to access your account via the online booking system and make any changes to your booking, including rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Please email hello@immortellskincare.ca if you require any assistance.

We've all been there, but if you see you are going to be late to your booking, please email hello@immortelleskincare.ca as soon as possible. Please note that arriving to your appointment late may result in a shortened treatment time since a set amount of time is allotted for your visit. Please account for transit time and plan for possible delays due to weather and traffic.

Should you arrive more than 15-minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your credit card on file will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.

All major credit cards, debit, and Immortelle Skincare gift cards are accepted methods of payment. Cash is also accepted but we do not have change available. Please note that taxes have not yet been added to individual services, but will be calculated when your transaction is finalized in-studio.
